Procedure

Check the use for the area after selecting a building
Confirming the use of the relevant area after notifying the building lot number, building name, and number of the building in the building department of the relevant district office (Class 2 neighborhood living facility, sports facility)

Where the change of use is required
Where it does not constitute a Class 2 neighborhood living facility or sports facility

Where it is inevitable to change the use
After receiving multiple estimates from several architecture firms (usually 3~4 in front of the district office) other than the building department, he/she shall select a cheap and reliable building office and submit the building ledger, drawings, etc. of the building to the Public Service Center of the relevant district office before starting the business of changing the purpose of use.

After interior completion (after system installation)
Submit a report, a facility brief (form in the district office), and a copy of the lease contract to the sports department of the relevant district office (often attached to the Culture and Public Affairs Department or the General Affairs Department), and after submit the report, visit the site to confirm the facility.

Submit a certificate of completion of report to the tax office after confirming the visit

Issue a business license
